RECIPE
Yields 1 serving
Ingredients
2 cups Oatly's plain "Oat" ice cream
1/2 cup plant milk (I used Oatly because it's the creamiest!)
1/8 teaspoon spirulina (or a big pinch)
1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
vegan whipped cream (I used rice milk whip)
Instructions
Blend all ingredients except the whipped cream. Once smooth, serve in a glass with whipped cream and toppings of your choice!
*Note: The ice cream I'm using is plain oat flavor and not vanilla. So If you're using vanilla ice cream, you can omit the vanilla extract.
