Texas Roadhouse cinnamon butter is all the craze right now, and if you're vegan, you don't have to miss out on it anymore.
This vegan cinnamon butter is stupidly easy to make and absolutely delicious on some warm dinner rolls and pumpkin pancakes.
Ingredients
Makes about 1 cup
1 cup room-temperature vegan butter (100 g)
1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch of salt (if your vegan butter is unsalted)
Instructions
In a bowl, beat the butter, maple syrup, and cinnamon until smooth, then mix in the salt. Taste and adjust the syrup, cinnamon, and salt to your preferences.
Set in the fridge in a small ramekin with a lid (or a sealed container) to firm up a bit if needed. Serve on warm bread or my vegan pumpkin pancakes!
