I'm a New Yorker living in Scandinavia and love everything to do with vegan comfort food, sustainability, and getting outside. I created this blog to inspire people to eat more delicious vegan food and live life more consciously and slowly. For me, it's been quite the journey going from fast-paced NY to slow-paced scandi living.
